Unfortunately the ending of our 2026 SWIndia trip is approaching and it is officially our last full day in India :( Our group had another early morning breakfast before it was time to head off to the airport. Today is our second day in Madurai! The first thing on our schedule is a two hour walking tour around the city to learn about the history of the temples and streets around. Unfortunately, my roommate and I did sleep through the alarms so we did not partake. However, I heard it was very interesting and got to hear some of the stories from others when they came back. After that, the group headed back to the shop we were at the night previous to pick up our custom made pieces. W

Today we are leaving Chettinad and driving over to Madurai. We woke up bright and early for our last breakfast in Chettinad. It was absolutely delicious and once again very loaded. A lot of us have been wanting to go swimming and this was our first opportunity of ours to actually go since we had been so busy. Good morning! It’s our last few hours in Pondicherry, sadly. It is such a beautiful town with their colorful architecture and great shopping scene. Many of us claimed that we were going to get up early to use the pool but unfortunately no one woke up… So we all started our day instead with another delicious breakfast. I had some amazing dosa and chai. Afterwards, we headed off to see a few more sights of Pondicherry before we head off to Chettinad. We went to an ashram and a
