Today is our last day of camp activities which is super bittersweet for everyone involved.

The group started off the morning with their last sunrise yoga at the guesthouse. Some of us also tried to hand wash some of our laundry.

We then headed over to another wonderful breakfast. Laasya was surprised by the staff with a birthday cake as it was her 19th birthday!!

We proceeded to sing her happy birthday and do the tradition of feeding her cake.
Afterwards, we went to the school to carry out our last three activities.

In my room, students made a prosthetic hand while in the other rooms they made a heart rate monitor and did chemical reactions with iodine.

At the students lunch, they held a surprise celebration for Laasya’s birthday where she was greeted by all the students, a band, another cake and a gift.

We then headed back home to have our own lunch and back to the school for more staff engagement.

Kaamaakshi, Arman, Sanjana, Laasya, and Shivani spoke about how they celebrate their culture in America. In return, the staff gave a presentation sharing more information about their school.
Afterwards we got a tour of the Walchandnagar factory in the town. Unfortunately, pictures were not allowed but we got to see aerospace and nuclear machines getting worked on. We also got to talk to the plant manager and ask him questions.

We then headed to the house of the CEO of the factory. We were given a tour of the whole place, which was huge. It also had such beautiful art and design all throughout.

Afterwards, we headed back to our place for dinner.
To wrap up our night, we finished up thank you cards, the dance, and packing up.
