SWE Team Tech is a competitive student design team within the Society of Women Engineers at the University of Michigan. The competition is coordinated and judged by Boeing employees. Every year, collegiate sections from all over the country participate in the competition at the SWE National Conference.

The team interfaces with a local industry partner to address a real-world engineering problem that the company is currently facing. The team designs, prototypes, and tests a solution to this problem and presents the results with a formal report and technical presentation at the SWE National Conference.
